Help?

After two years of complaining about the squirrels eating ALL of our pecans, we've hit the motherload. We are out there almost every day picking up the ones that fell that day. And let me tell you, we have a ton! We've given away I think two 1 gallon bags so far...

And we still have all this! AND they are still dropping. So... what can I do with all of these?! Any good recipes?

any recipe tastes better with pecans -- brownies, pecan pie (a really good one), sugar covered pecans.... how blessed are you? yay!

They store really well, for year or more when they are frozen. I agree with Janean, any recipe is great with the addition on pecans. I even add them to Tuna Salad to zest it up.

My sister told me to use them in a vase as a table centerpiece. I think we might do that for Thanksgiving.
